Newborn Whitetail Fawn spend much their time curled up under a brush pile, under shrubs or in a dense thicket, and often hide right in plain sight. This small portrait depicts a fawn that a few hours after birth, stood and walked from its birth spot in our front yard to a new hiding place near by.
